“Une Ville Mille Mondes” is a Geneva-based non-profit association, dedicated to intercultural dialogue, innovation, and strengthening social cohesion. Through its cultural and civic initiatives, UVMM aims to reconnect Geneva’s local realities with its international vocation.

The association promotes exchange, mutual understanding, participation, and a shared sense of belonging within an open and internationally connected city.

Our goal is to create new bridges between the many worlds that coexist in Geneva.

Mission

UVMM was founded on a simple yet alarming observation: Geneva is a unique city possessing both a rich local heritage and diverse international communities, yet these two worlds coexist without truly connecting.

Our mission is to serve as a civic and cultural bridge between local and international Geneva, by creating concrete and accessible spaces for interaction among citizens, civil society, and international actors.

The Multicultural House

Offering several dynamic spaces under one roof, the “Multicultural House” aims to transform coexistence into genuine connection, by fostering meaningful encounters and sparking unexpected collaborations that transform and unite a fragmented city.

A permanent physical space serving as a civic and cultural interface between local Geneva and international Geneva.
